After completing any training program at NCA, your dog is welcome to return for overnight boarding while you are away!

At NCA, we believe in treating your dog just like members of our own family!

AMENITIES INCLUDE:

Don’t board your best friend with uneducated individuals! Here at NCA, we are not your "average" boarding facility. Your pet will receive around-the-clock supervision by our professional trainers.

We provide familiar, structured daily routines. Don't lose the training we've worked so hard to put in place by boarding your dog where it won't be upheld.

All social play groups will consist of highly trained and stable dogs. This offers a safe social opportunity for your dog! Social skills, play style and temperament are continually supervised each day.

OPTIONAL AMENITIES:

If you would like for your dog to brush up on obedience commands while staying at NCA, we can place them on our training rotation. Training sessions may work on particular issues, or if time allows, may be a complete refresher of all commands. Inquire with your training staff regarding session/refresher pricing.

Healthy Pets may also be added on to your dog's boarding stay.

REQUIREMENTS TO STAY:

Your dog must have completed training at NCA in order to be eligible for overnight boarding. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.

Your pet(s) must be up to date on the following vaccinations: Rabies, Annual Bordetella (kennel cough), DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza and parvovirus). All vaccinations should be given at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. Records of vaccinations must be current and on file seven (7) days prior to your scheduled boarding intake.

Spay and neuter is not required in order to stay at NCA, however, no dog(s) in heat will be accepted. If your dog goes into heat during boarding, you will be required to arrange your dog's pickup.

INTAKE/PICKUP HOURS:

Monday - Friday
9:00am - 2pm
Before/afterhours intake/pickup may be available for an additional fee.

Saturday - Sunday
Closed
Even though our staff remains on site, we do not offer intake or pickups on the weekend. Please plan your stay accordingly.
Hurricane Season 2026
Decisions regarding hurricane closures will be made on a case-by-case basis, but if our area falls within the forecast cone of a named storm, we will suspend operations and require all boarding dogs to be picked up and returned home until the threat has passed. (Cat 1's we'll use discretion, Cat 2 or higher, we are closing.)

If you will be traveling out of state or out of the country while your dog is with us for any reason, it is your responsibility to designate an emergency contact who is local and can pick up your dog if a closure becomes necessary. Please ensure this person is aware of the possibility and has authorization to retrieve your dog on your behalf.
