Boarded training is our most popular training program because it allows us to have a more hands-on approach to training and correcting any behavioral issues your dog may have. All you have to do is maintain the training!

Boarded training is a great option to tackle a variety of different issues, ranging from potty training, basic and advanced obedience, behavioral modification, or a mixture of all.
All training takes place in the comfort of our family home where your pet will receive around-the-clock supervision by professional trainers.
Although we teach basic and advanced obedience, we specialize in aggression rehabilitation and working with behaviorally challenged dogs that are deemed "difficult" or "dangerous". We take on the cases that others are afraid to handle, and dogs that have been deemed "hopeless".

BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION (NON-AGGRESSION) - CONTACT US FOR PRICING
Behavior Modification (non-aggression) is a 4-6 week program designed specifically for dogs who need an individualized behavioral rehabilitation plan. These dogs have behavior issues beyond the scope of obedience training. If your dog is showing signs of separation anxiety, fear, nervous behaviors other major (non-aggression) related issues that you don’t quite understand, this program is for you. This program is not designed for aggressive or reactive dogs.
You must first identify the root of the problem before working to correct it, and that’s exactly what this program will do. The importance of strong-owner leadership is critical to this program; therefore, your participation will be required at the end of the boarded training.
This program requires the completion of a behavioral assessment prior to enrollment. There is a $100.00 fee for the assessment. Following the assessment, a customized rehabilitation plan for your dog will be put in place during the boarded program. Boarded Training Program Add-Ons
POTTY TRAINING ADD ON - $500
Potty training can be added to any obedience/behavior modification program for $500.00. This fee covers potty training during the entire program stay. Potty training consists of strict scheduling and the success rate post-training depends on the owner's willingness to adhere to the schedule implemented by NCA.
Extra week and/or public access - $750
An extra week can be added to any training program for $750/per extra week. This week can be used to proof skills already learned or, it can be used for public access proofing.
Transportation services - TBD
NCA offers transportation services to and from training in the event you are unable to transport your pet. For owners who would like to complete the graduation session at their home, this is a beneficial service. Cost accounts for mileage and one trainer's hourly rate. The service area is within Slidell. If you are outside of Slidell and would like this service, it may be available depending on the distance/scheduling, however, prices may vary. This service can also be added for local grooming appointments and vet visits.
LUXURY TRAINING AT ESTATE/HORSE FARM - $1,000
All boarded training takes place at our home in Slidell as of May 2024. For owners who wish for their boarded training program to take place at Honor Estate, our exclusive 67-acre horse farm in Mississippi, there is an option to upgrade the location.

Honor Hill Estates is a secluded 67-acre horse farm with three ponds and plenty of distractions to proof our trainees. The home dogs stay in is just over 10,000 square feet, so there is plenty of room to roam, play, and work. As with our home in Slidell, this is not a typical training "facility" as the staff lives on-site with the dogs and train around the clock. Exciting extracurricular activities are available seasonally, including running with four-wheelers through the fields, dock diving, working around rabbits, ducks, geese, horses and chickens as distractions, taking trips to the horse barn and back, etc. Dogs will also make daily trips to Slidell with us which not only helps proof traveling, but also helps proof with the distractions at the Slidell home. This is an excellent add-on for high energy breeds that need continuous stimulation in a variety of environments.
This Add-On can be added to any program but should be requested far in advance, as space is limited to 2 dogs at all times.
